(Google adwords) Is Chocolate Really Healthy For You?

By Kristi Ambrose

Chocolate has been around for over three thousand years and has been loved by all, no matter what country, religion or nationality you may be of. It is so versatile it can be used in cooking spicy foods, desserts or even in skincare and perfumes. The aroma of chocolate itself seems to evoke a sense of well-being. Recently, it has been in the news for its amazing health benefits, which range from weight loss, improving breathing difficulties, curing skin problems, preventing bad cholesterol from forming on blood vessel walls to improving memory and dementia. Dark chocolate is better for you because of the high percentage of cocoa solids which means there is less sugar. Some say the flavor is also better. Dark chocolate also contains a really great antioxidant which is said to fight off things such as high blood pressure, S.A.D, and even heart disease!

A study at Pennsylvania State University, compared low-flavonoid and high-chocolate diets and found that people who ate lots of chocolate had higher antioxidant levels in their blood and less of the bad LDL-cholesterol. All this makes sense because pure cocoa is an extremely rich and natural source of very potent nutrients that prevent and neutralize many diseases.

It is loaded with flavonoid antioxidants which assist the above-mentioned health benefits. There are several companies which provide a variety of healthy chocolate products from drinks to delicious cookies. I will offer a few of my favorite ones. Health by chocolate formulated by Dr. Phillip Cohen has a delicious bar for Women who crave chocolate during PMS and menopause, which contains chaste tree berry, soy, rose oil and flax. They offer 3 different bars and even a chocolate drink. Another is Dolphin natural chocolates which is non-dairy and available in eight flavors. You can also find fruit dipped in their dark chocolate such as papaya, apricots or pineapple.

Probably one of the most widely available is Xocai healthy and gourmet chocolates available in many delicious products. You will find that these products all taste better than most. Probably the best way to try it is to check out the variety pack which offers you the drink, protein bars, Chocolate nuggets and the omega bars. The omega squares are packed with essential fatty acids, which gives you an excellent source of Omega-3.

Their products are said to contain more antioxidants than any healthy chocolate available. So go ahead and give in to your cravings. Just make sure you remember there is chocolate out there to benefit your health and then there are just chocolates.

The Psychology Behind Leaflet Distribution
By Dominic Donaldson

The world of leaflet distribution is not exactly cut-throat, but it is an incredibly competitive market in advertising and promotion campaigns. Whether it is a corporate level marketing strategy or vying for the attentions of clubbers leaving a nightspot, beating your competitor is the object of the game. There are a number of marketing strategies that can be employed to ensure that the pamphlets or flyers that you are handing out have the edge over your competitor. To understand how you should be approaching your potential clientele it is necessary to understand the enemy. Whatever they are doing, you do different or better. Beat their offer, use bold colour, or no colour at all; sell your strong points and maybe point out the competitor’s weak points. It’s a bit like a game of risk, and world domination comes from success.

The most important factor to consider happens way before you even begin to print out flyers. The secret is in the branding of your product or organisation or event. Marketing today revolves heavily around the branding of a product, or having an association with an existing product that will help promote your cause. The general public are fairly easy to persuade, all they need is to think that they have seen it, tasted it or done it before; or that someone they know has. As much as we would like to think that we like to do something a little bit different from the rest and not be a social sheep as it were, as the psychology of sales states - we’re all looking for a shepherd.

Take any sort of celebrity endorsement, even inadvertent endorsement, it will generate a sales boost and act as practically priceless promotion. It was most definitely not a common sight to see a burly British white man wandering around in a sarong until Golden Balls himself, David Beckham, was snapped sporting his then unusual summer style. An innate sense of belonging makes us want to fit in, to be part of a trend; and it is this that marketing strategies tap into to ensure that we decide ‘all by ourselves’ to buy into the brand on sale. Reverse psychology works just as well. Tell the public that they won’t like what you’ve got to offer, tell them that your product is not for them, tell them that there is just nothing for them to see here and it is guaranteed that they will come flooding. It is because, once again, the public don’t like being told what to do and they all want to be allowed to make up their own mind and be different. Yeah right.

Using these tactics in marketing is becoming more transparent, and each time the technology advances, the public tend to catch on and turn their backs. It is a fine balancing act of subtle persuasion and not so subtle selling techniques that is best left to marketing professionals. Back to the subject of leaflet distribution, it is the strategies that these professionals employ once the branding has been put in place. The cliche about leading the horse to water… well, a successful leaflet distribution company is there to make sure that horse laps up the whole trough. The clever bit is making sure that that horse is thirsty for your product, and that there are no other tasty troughs to choose from.

Explore Easy Ways To Get Publicity
By Chris Simpson

Even if you happen to have a great service or product, you’ll find that without great publicity you won’t be able to get the results and profit that you want. However, there are still some great things that you can do to help publicize your business.

Today there are numerous things you can do that are either free or low cost to get more publicity for your business. So, if you are looking for easy and cost effective publicity that will drive more customers to your business, the following are several ways you need to begin using.

Writing Press Releases

One easy way that you can get publicity easily and at a low cost is to start writing press releases for your business, or even consider hiring someone to write them for you if you don’t have the time or knowledge. Press releases are essential special announcements for public relations and they let the public know about new developments within a company.

Although there are some press release services that charge, there are many that are free as well. So, whether you are going to update a site, launch a brand new product, or you are giving away a freebie, this is a great way to easily get the word out there.

Drawing People with Freebies

If you want an easy way to get publicity and draw in potential customers to your business, then you’ll want to give away freebies. People love to get something free, and it’s a sure way to get some publicity. Not only will you draw in more customers, but you’ll also be able to create a press release letting people know that you are giving something away as well.

Doing Television and Radio Interviews

If you need easy publicity, you’ll also want to consider appearing on radio shows and television shows as well. Of course if you choose to go this route, you’ll have to make sure that you have something interesting to say or no one is really going to listen to you.

Make sure you come up with things to say that are going to attract attention and interest people in your business. Many businesses have found that this method of publicity has brought great results, including an increase in sales and traffic.

Writing Articles, Ezines, or Ebooks

You can also use print for publicity, such as writing articles, ezines, or even ebooks. Articles can be placed on article directories to get more people across the web familiar with your name and your company. Ezines can do the same.

Also, ebooks can be given away for free or promoted in such a way that you are able to get easy publicity. So, don’t discount the power of the written word when you are looking for easy publicity for your business.

Classified Ads Online and in Local Newspapers

Last of all, it is definitely easy to place classified ads online and in local newspapers and this is a very easy and cheap way to get more publicity. You can include your web address or even a phone number, and you’ll definitely reach people in your area and people all around the world. It helps to create and promote name recognition for your business as well.
